Shipping

UK Delivery can be expected within 5-7 working days from shipping.
Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for.
Deliveries outside of the UK, can be expected within 7-14 working days from shipping.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not hold responsibility for seasonal weather changes effecting mail delays. where we can we will contact you with any delays.
It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, of an incorrect address has been provided to us.

Commissions & Payments

All commissions require 50% non refundable deposit upon booking before any artwork commences.
Commissions can take up too 4 weeks turn around time. Please bare this in mind on communications regarding weddings or seasonal periods. Please see updated waiting time here
Once commission has been completed the remaining payment is required within 14 days. For commissioned pieces, Emma accepts Bank Transfers or PayPal. Invoice name will be displayed as Sign Em x
The Online shop accepts Debit, Credit Card and PayPal payments
Galleries, Shops and exhibitions stocking work from Emma may vary in price.
Crafting events a card machine reader will be used to accept debit or credit card payments, or cash will be accepted.
Bank cheques are not accepted as a payment method
It is advised for events such as Weddings a 3 month period before the wedding is sufficient to ensure all goods are received before the event. However we will do our best to complete orders quicker should this be required, please contact us on how we can help in this matter.

Your Information

Your personal information will not be shared with anyone or third parties
Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process, but we advise users using such form to email that they do so at their own risk.
Transactional information will be held for 2 years. You reserve the right to have any data held to be removed if the interests is fit to do so before the 2 year period outlined above. Should you wish for any personal data to be removed, contact us via email sign-em@outlook.com outlining your reasons with further communication to follow.

All images are copyright to Emma Luff. Please contact the artist for any use of images.
When purchasing an original portrait, the buyer does not own the copyright to the image therefore cannot create merchandise from the work without permission from Emma Luff
As an artist Emma owns the copyright to all artwork she produces and therefore can create prints and merchandise of any commission.

It is your responsibility to provide correct information regarding personalisation, images or special requests on ordering.
Any missing/incorrect information for your order to be completed correctly must be reported to us within 12 hours of order placed and we will do our best to rectify any changes before the making process begins. You are held accountable to ensure any spelling, information or images are provided correctly to ensure a smooth process of make and dispatch of your item.
