Shipping & Returns

  • To return your product, please send it to - MISS EMMA LUFF, 21 HUXLEY CLOSE, BICESTER, OXON, OX26 2FX, UNITED KINGDOM

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. We will not be liable for the cost of postage for any returned items, however if a new item is shipped out as a replacement, we will cover this charge.

  • Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total. 

  • UK Delivery can be expected within 3-5 working days from shipping.

  • Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for.

  • Deliveries outside of the UK, can be expected within 7-14 working days from shipping.

  • Free collection items from Bicester. Email communication will be discussed after purchase. Cash will not be accepted on collection items, please follow the store ordering steps.

  • Due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not hold responsibility for seasonal  weather changes effecting mail delays. where we can we will contact you with any delays. 

  • It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, of an incorrect address has been provided to us.

Returns

  • If you are unhappy about your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emmaloucreates@hotmail.com to notify us of your intention and brief reason for return. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 7 days.

  • Returns is yours (the buyers) responsibility until received by us. We recommend registered post, please retain proof of postage should your parcel get lost.

  • Eligible returns must be unused with the original packaging before replacement or refund can be carried out.

Refunds

  • You reserve the right to a refund or exchange of item within 7 days of delivery should your item be damaged on delivery beyond repair. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We cannot offer a refund or take liability for any incorrect spelling, non delivery of orders due where the full address, including postal code is not quoted correctly.

  • Refunds will not be made until the returned goods are received. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

  • Please note that customised/Personalised/commissioned items are non refundable under any circumstances, as they are supplied to order. In the unfortunate event you are not happy with your commission, please contact us for any further advice on this matter.

  • Images on the website should not be relied upon as such colours may vary due to screen and colour settings. Every effort is made to show the colours on screen as close as possible to the products you receive
